Born To Entertain - Tee or Sweat

This is the design on the Match Programme Cover for the Nottingham Forest v Queens Park Rangers game on 4th November 2017 and is a tribute to Stan Bowles. Stan was one of football's great characters, both on and off the pitch. He did not conform to the norm and that was what made him so special to watch. In his 7 years at QPR he became a firm favourite of the fans and in 2004 they voted him the club's all-time greatest player. He left to join Nottingham Forest in 1979 and played for them 23 times in all competitions, including a European Cup semi-final. Far too few for a player of his talent but, unfortunately, he never quite gelled with the huge personality that was Brian Clough.

Stan was sadly diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2015 but the golden memories he gave to us all will never be forgotten.
