Job description:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled marketing professional to lead on the inception and delivery of our communications, sales and partnership content. Working with the Head of Brand and CEO, the ideal candidate will be an organised, marketing planner who is confident in delivering multi-channel campaigns. The successful candidate will deliver a strategy for marketing across our creative output, including social content, digital marketing, paid ads and assets for our target audience, with the purpose of driving sales. A Strong knowledge and storytelling skills around football culture and sports brands is essential. 


This role is also responsible for account management with any external clients and collaborative partners. Recent [AOF] collaborations have included Nike, Adidas, Nottingham Forest FC, EA Sports, Mitre and Umbro. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Define a social media marketing strategy including platform specific social strategies. (TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, Website, LinkedIn.)

  • You will lead on the delivery of storytelling of the [AOF] brand across social, working closely with the Head of Visuals to define the way we create content.l.. 

  • Working with the Head of Brand and CEO to build campaigns around our key product drops throughout the year. 

  • Leading a social media team to define the workflow, communications and creative output required across social.

  • Create a strategy and structure for digital marketing, with a clear paid ads approach.[AOF] events and customer experiences.

  • Work with the Head Brand to execute a distribution plan for AOF content to land on football fashion / lifestyle pages. 

  • You will take the lead on high-value collaborations and account manage the process with all stakeholders

  • You will work towards quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators related to the company's strategic goals. 

 

Skills:

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Multi-channel marketing experience across social and e-commerce platforms.  

  • Leadership ability to manage a team and communicate to external stakeholders

  • Interpersonal skills.

  • A combination of analytical and creative thinking

  • A deep understanding of and passion for football and the sports market. 

  • An understanding of fashion marketing, sportswear and e-commerce.

  • Exceptional communication skills
