Job Overview:

Art of Football is seeking an Apprentice Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is designed to provide hands-on training and experience in the field of customer service while assisting with the day-to-day operations of our fast-growing business. As an apprentice, you will learn essential customer service skills, gain a deep understanding of our products, and play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Answer customer queries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and solutions.

  • Order Processing: Assist in processing customer orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns and exchanges.

  • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Art of Football products and be able to offer advice and guidance to customers.

  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating complex problems to the appropriate team members as necessary.

  • Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of service quality by adhering to company guidelines and policies.

  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and heard.

  • Administrative Tasks: Support with general administrative tasks related to customer service and order management.

Qualifications:
